L'importance de la formation continue pour un enseignant n'est plus à démontrer. Surtout, pour nous professeurs de Français Langue Etrangère dispersés à travers le monde.
En Namibie, nous avons entrepris d'unir nos forces et nos savoirs en mettant en place un dispositif de formation continue local et régional. Grâce au soutien des différents partenaires éducatifs en présence, ce programme débute cette année et devrait se prolonger jusqu'en 2012. L'originalité du dispositif tient à son cadre et son contenu ; les sessions de formation courtes mais régulières offrent aux participants un réel travail de groupes basé sur l'expérience de chacun et sur l'échange, et les intervenants principalement identifiés dans la région partagent les réalités de notre environnement professionnel.
Ce site est miroir de notre programme et progression. Il tient à jour nos avancées pédagogiques et nos prises de décision. C'est un lieu d'échanges où chacun est libre d'intervenir.

Nowadays the impact of the continuous professional training on a teacher's carrier cannot be questioned anymore. Especially, for us, teachers of French as a Foreign Language, as we are geographically isolated.
As far as Namibia is concerned, we decided to gather our strengths and knowledge to the service of a local and regional professional training. Thanks to the collective work of the various educative partners present in Namibia, this program starting this year should be extended until 2012.The innovation of this program is both due to its format and content; sessions are shorter but regular offering participants a chance to work on team groups, to use their professional experiences and to share them. The identified contributors have been mainly selected in Namibia and the Region as for their specific knowledge of the professional environment we are confronted to.
